We aimed to create a room that exudes fun and versatility, providing the perfect area for family game nights and memorable gatherings with friends. One of the key elements that contribute to the distinctiveness of the Flex Room Space is the addition of Restoration Hardware bunk beds. We wanted to provide homeowners with distinct areas that catered to different needs and desires. That's why we consciously designed the Flex Room Space to be separate from the bonus room. By doing so, we ensure that this area has its own identity and purpose, offering an adverse range of possibilities for relaxation, play, and entertainment.

While the bunk beds add an element of fun, we recognize that the Flex Room Space should also accommodate casual gatherings and social activities. That's why we ensured that the room was spacious enough to include a full sectional sofa.
